CELIAC AWARENESS DAY - MONDAY, MAY 12TH SENSITIZATION INITIATIVE BY A.I.C. AT UMG CANTEEN
Once again this year, on the occasion of Celiac Awareness Day, a sensitization initiative promoted by the Italian Celiac Association (A.I.C.) will take place at the University Magna Graecia of Catanzaro’s canteen. The aim is to provide accurate information to the student population on the subject of celiac disease and to share good practices.
On Monday, May 12th, the UMG canteen will host show cooking sessions dedicated to preparing gluten-free pizza and fried foods, demonstrating how taste and safety can go hand in hand.
This initiative seeks to promote and spread the culture of food inclusion.
